  • You pay a final payment of $225 per listing AFTER its verified and live
  • You pay $450 per month, per listing that is verified and live to manage, rank and optimize. (Billing for this begins after listing is live and verified)

Option 2: Lead Generation Marketing Package

This is our HYBRID marketing package where you pay an upfront establishment fee per listing and then you pay per month per map listing for us to manage and rank the listings. However, the marketing is discounted to account for a commission fee per lead created.

How It Works:

  • You place deposit of $225 per listing you want established
  • You pay a final payment of $225 per listing AFTER its verified and live
  • You pay a final payment of $100 per listing AFTER its verified and live
  • You pay $450 per month, per listing that is verified and live to manage, rank and optimize. (Billing for this begins after listing is live and verified)
