Digital Products (Books, Courses & Downloads)
Our books, courses, and other downloadable products are delivered instantly. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final once the file has been downloaded or the content accessed. If a download fails or you received the wrong file, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or issue a refund.
Marketing Service Packages
Our marketing packages are professional services that begin as soon as your order is placed. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date, and your package stays active through the period you have paid for. Fees for services already performed are non-refundable. If you are ever unhappy, contact us and we will work to make it right.
Coaching & Strategy Sessions
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Prepaid sessions that have not yet been scheduled may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
